10 August 2020 – Abstract submission: See the meeting website for details, submit here!
9 November 2020 – ASA Student Participation Grant Application: A new Student Participation Grant will provide $200 grants to students to partially defray expenses related to participating in the fall 2020 ASA meeting (Acoustics Virtually Everywhere). See the meeting website for more details.
30 November 2020 – Poster Slam Sign Up: We invite students to advertise their poster at the Poster Slam during our Student Social at our ASA Meeting Acoustics Virtually Everywhere. Poster Slam sign-up and instructions.
25 November 2020 – Students Meet Members for Lunch (SMMFl): SMMfL allows students to meet one-on-one with an ASA member over lunch during the ASA meeting. Sign up here.

Student Meet and Greet
Meet fellow students from a variety of acoustics-related disciplines.This event will include Acoustics Trivia in breakout rooms with prizes going to the teams who score the highest. Following trivia, there will be time for student social discussion via their teams’ breakout rooms.

Student Social
The Student Social will include 1-minute student presentations as a part of the “Poster Slam” as well as an “Introduce Your Pet” event (sign up information is below). Finally, the student social will provide time for students to introduce themselves and get to know one another via breakout rooms.
